Even though I have a background in UX Design, I prefer to use the term Experience Design.
It shifts the focus away from the tech-heavy “user vs machine" mindset and brings us back to everyday human moments.
No matter whether you're on the road searching for a sign to the right freeway,
or navigating the beautifully simple London Underground Map [which no German public transport schedule can quite compete with], or clicking through digital screens filled with hints, words, layouts, and internal systems…
- those are all experiences.
Experiences are never random. They’re part of a structure - a system of visuals, processes, and pathways that help us move forward, complete tasks, or make decisions with clarity.
Whether we’re working on a Customer Journey, Student Experience, or an Employee Lifecycle, it's always about designing one thing:
→ a smooth, meaningful and human journey.
[Your strategic core - human - centred + systematic]
[Bringing structure to life through modern, intuitive interfaces]
Hi, I am Victoria - a creative system thinker, visual problem solver and your experience design partner in crime.
I help connect the dots between structure and story, so modern teams can do their best work with clarity and calm.
Curious about why I do what I do, how I work, and what I am currently creating?
“The world isn’t broken. It’s working exactly as it was designed to work. And we’re the ones who designed it. Which means we [...]” ...can re-design it.
The UX Design Process helps you center everything around your users’ real-world needs—balancing human-centered design, creativity, efficiency, and an iterative process.
It helps you tidy up what no longer fits, reconnect the puzzle pieces, and improve the experience for everyone involved.
It’s easy to get lost in internal detail and forget to focus on what really matters: solving problems that actually improve people’s lives.
When we design with intention, we create services that are:
No matter what industry you're in - or what kind of product or service you offer.
At the end of the day - all of our work is about designing experiences.
Let’s be honest and keep life simple.
Chemistry matters - in every area of life.
That’s why we start with a free first intro session to get to know each other,
discuss your vision, and look at what’s getting in the way right now.
If our first call resonates with both of us - and we’ve already started
daydreaming about a potential solution together - then let’s collaborate.
We should have fun throughout the mess of the process.
That’s one of my core beliefs - and something that helps keep things moving.
"In any job that must be done, there is an element of fun." - Marry Poppins
Spending time together to understand the problem as best as possible. Time consuming research phase at the beginning to save time on too many re-iterations to get to the MVP stage later.
Defining the next stage with the use of our insights gained during the Discovery Phase. Re-framing the problem and defining the challenge in a different way.
Developing new solutions to the problem with the help of brainstorming, sketching, prototyping, wireframes, personas and testing Minimum Viable Products. This stage is allowing for exploration of various solutions and approaches.
Refining the most promising prototype from the previous stage into a final product. The final steps will include intense testing, validation and iteration considering the users feedback.

Time to face each other in a free first call. No strings attached I promise.
